POLICIES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED FOR ALL CUSTOMERS. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GIVEN.
Shipping is not refunded on any items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not need to be notified in advance of a return, unless there is a damage claim (see below).
EXCHANGES: Due to the high turnover of items selling out, we are not able to hold or process exchanges.
If a desired item is available, we recommend proactively purchasing it, so you don’t miss it! Once we receive your return, within the return window, a store credit will be issued to you for a future purchase.
RETURNS: We accept returns for store credit if it is postmarked within 15 days of the date tracking shows delivery to you. Returns postmarked after 15 days will be rejected. Local pickup orders are eligible for return 15 days from the date it was placed out for pickup. Returned items must be in original, unused condition (not worn, not washed, no stains or odors) with the original tags. Smoke odor and pet hair are reasons for rejection as these are not sellable.
DAMAGES: Inspect your item immediately upon delivery, before first time wash or wear. If you receive a damaged item, claims must be made immediately by emailing photos of the damage to customer service. Damage claims made outside of 15 days of delivery or after wash or wear (including “my first time to wear”) will be rejected, as we cannot determine how the damage occurred after you have worn or washed the item for any period of time.
LOCAL RETURNS: There is a 24/7 drop off box at our address listed above. All items must be packaged and protected with your name and this completed form. If an item is wet, dirty or damaged, your return will be rejected.
JEWELRY, ITEMS PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNT, AND ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE ARE NOT RETURNABLE. THIS INCLUDES ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A COUPON.
